- Avoid drinking alcohol 12 hours before the treatment.
- Do not wear make-up for the treatment (can also be removed on site if necessary).
- Avoid lying down for the next 4 hours to prevent the active ingredient from spreading.
- Avoid putting pressure on the treated areas for the next 24 hours.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for the next 24 hours. Light activities such as relaxing stretching are fine.
- Avoid alcohol for the next 24 hours.
- Avoid intense heat for the next 24 hours (e.g. do not go to the sauna).
- Avoid upside-down positions for the next 24 hours (e.g. yoga).
- Avoid facials, intensive peels, and sunbathing for the next 48 hours.
